อาชีวอนามัยและความปลอดภัย (Occupational Health and Safety)
ความมน่ั คงและความปลอดภยั เปน็ ภารกจิ แรกท่ี บมจ. กสท โทรคมนาคม ใหค้ วามสา คญั และตระหนกั ถงึ โดย บมจ. กสท โทรคมนาคม ต้ังเป้าหมายในการดาเนินงานคือการเป็นบริษัทท่ีปราศจากอุบัติเหตุต่อพนักงานและผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียทุกฝ่าย เพอื่ ปอ้ งกนั การสญู เสยี ชวี ติ และทรพั ยส์ นิ ตามแผนความปลอดภยั อาชวี อนามยั และสภาพแวดลอ้ มในการทา งาน ปี 2559-2562
บมจ. กสท โทรคมนาคม ได้ดาเนินการทบทวนและปรับปรุงแผนความปลอดภัย อาชีวอนามัย และสภาพแวดล้อมในการ ทางาน เป็นประจาทุกปี ซึ่งสอดคล้องกับแผนแม่บทด้านความปลอดภัย อาชีวอนามัย และสภาพแวดล้อมในการทางาน ของสานักความปลอดภัยแรงงาน กรมสวัสดิการและคุ้มครองแรงงาน กระทรวงแรงงาน จานวน 3 กลยุทธ์ ดังนี้
CAT Telecom recognizes that security and safety among employees are one of the top priorities in its mission. CAT has set its operational target of becoming the organization without any accidents among employees and stakeholders. CAT is dedicated to making all possible efforts to prevent the lost of lives and properties in accordance with the Health and Safety at Work plan 2016-2019.
CAT has regularly reviewed and developed its Health and Safety at Work Plan every year in line with the Master Plan for Health and Safety at Work of the Of ce of the Occupational Safety and Health Bureau, Department of Labor Protection and Welfare, Ministry of Labor, with three main strategies as follows:
ในปี 2559 มีจานวนอุบัติเหตุถึงขั้นเสียชีวิต จานวน 0 ราย และมีจานวนอุบัติเหตุถึงขั้นหยุดงาน จานวน 1 ราย โดยมี สาเหตมุ าจากลกู จา้ งของบรษิ ทั ปนี เสาไฟฟา้ เพอ่ื ทา การซอ่ มแซมสายสง่ สญั ญาณและไปแตะถกู จดุ ของกระแสไฟฟา้ แรงตา่ ทชี่ า รดุ จึงทาให้ถูกกระแสไฟฟ้าดูด และพลัดตกจากเสาไฟฟ้า อย่างไรก็ตามบริษัทได้ดาเนินการตรวจสอบสาเหตุของปัญหาและดาเนิน การแก้ไขเป็นท่ีเรียบร้อย และจะดาเนินการทบทวนนโยบายและปรับปรุงแผนความปลอดภัย อาชีวอนามัย และสภาพแวดล้อม ในการทางาน เป็นประจา เพ่ือเป็นการลดอุบัติเหตุในสถานประกอบการให้เป็นศูนย์
สา หรบั หวั ขอ้ ดา้ นสขุ ภาพและความปลอดภยั ทปี่ รากฏในขอ้ ตกลงอยา่ งเปน็ ทางการกบั สมาพนั ธแ์ รงงาน ไมป่ รากฏขอ้ ตกลง อย่างเป็นทางการกับสมาพันธ์แรงงาน เนื่องจากบริษัทถือปฏิบัติสอดคล้องกับประกาศของคณะกรรมการแรงงานรัฐวิสาหกิจ สัมพันธ์ เรอื่ งมาตรฐานขนั้ ตา่ ของสภาพการจา้ งสา หรบั ลกู จา้ งรฐั วสิ าหกจิ อย่างครบถ้วน
In 2016 there were zero accidents that caused the lost of lives, and one accident recorded that the injured had to take time off work. The cause of the accident was a result of electrocution. CAT staff involved was conducting a repair work of the signal wire on the electrical pole. He accidentally touched the low voltage damaged electrical wire from which he fell off the pole. CAT conducted an investigation into the accident to nd out the cause of the problem and remedial measures were implemented to solve the problems. In addition, the Occupational Health and Safety at Work Plan is regularly reviewed and improved to ensure zero accidents at workplace.
CAT Telecom has no of cial agreement on the agenda of Occupational Health and Safety with the Labor Council as CAT Telecom has already implemented practices in accordance with the announcement of the State Enterprise Labor Committee on the basic standard for employment status of State Enterprise Labor.
