บริษัท กสท โทรคมนาคม จากัด (มหาชน) ยึดมั่นและน้อมนาพระบรมราโชวาทของพระบาทสมเด็จพระปรมินทร มหาภูมิพลอดุลยเดช มาใช้เป็นแนวทางในการดาเนินงาน จึงยึดมั่นต่อการกากับดูแลกิจการที่ดีและจรรยาบรรณในการ ดาเนินธุรกิจ โดยดาเนินงานบนพื้นฐานของความรับผิดชอบ โปร่งใส และเป็นธรรม ตลอดจนสอดคล้องกับกฎระเบียบและ มาตรฐานสากล เพ่ือให้ธุรกิจสามารถเติบโตได้อย่างมั่นคง และเป็นธรรมต่อทุกฝ่าย ดังพระราชดารัสในพิธีพระราชทาน ปริญญาบัตรแก่นักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยธรรมศาสตร์ เมื่อวันท่ี 23 พฤษภาคม 2496 ที่ว่า “...จงมั่นอยู่ในความซื่อสัตย์ สุจริต ถือเอาประโยชน์ส่วนรวมเป็นที่ตั้ง เพราะคุณธรรมอันน้ีเป็นมูลฐานอันสาคัญที่จะยังความเจริญและความเป็น ปึกแผ่นแก่สังคม เป็นบ่อเกิดแห่งความสามัคคีกลมเกลียว...” ซ่ึงบริษัทยึดถือเป็นทิศทางในการดาเนินงานมาโดยตลอด

Our business, as a result, will thrive steadily and bring fairness to every party involved, as demonstrated by His Majesty’s remark bestowed upon Thammasat graduates during the graduation ceremony on May 23, 1953, The late king’s remark is as follows: “...Stick with honesty and regard the shared bene t as the main foundation. This integrity is a foundation on which prosperity and unity can be created in society. It is a source of harmony and solidarity.” The late king’s remark provides the foundation on which the company has run its business.
