“...คนเราจะเอาแต่ได้ไม่ได้ คนเราจะต้องรับและจะต้องให้ หมายความว่าต่อไปและเดี๋ยวน้ีด้วย เมื่อรับสิ่งของใดมา ก็จะต้องพยายามให้...” (พระบรมราโชวาทของพระบาทสมเด็จพระปรมินทรมหาภูมิพลอดุลยเดช พระราชทานแก่นักศึกษา มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น เมื่อวันที่ 20 เมษายน 2521) ในฐานะที่ บมจ. กสท โทรคมนาคม เป็นผู้ให้บริการโทรคมนาคมชั้นนา ของประเทศ และมนี โยบายในการสนบั สนนุ คณุ ภาพชวี ติ ของคนในสงั คมอยา่ งสมา่ เสมอ โดยการนา ศกั ยภาพดา้ นโครงขา่ ยทมี่ อี ยู่ มาใช้ให้เกิดประโยชน์สูงสุด ซ่ึงองค์กรได้ให้การสนับสนุนส่งเสริมให้สังคม ชุมชน มีความก้าวหน้าย่ิงข้ึน ด้วยการกระจาย โครงข่ายโทรคมนาคมไปยังพ้ืนที่ห่างไกลและพ้ืนที่ทุรกันดาร เพ่ือให้ประชาชนทุกคนสามารถเข้าถึงการส่ือสารในทุกรูปแบบ เพอื่ ยกระดบั คณุ ภาพชวี ติ และความเปน็ อยขู่ องคนในสงั คมใหด้ ยี งิ่ ขนึ้ และพรอ้ มผลกั ดนั ใหป้ ระเทศเจรญิ กา้ วหนา้ ตอ่ ไปในอนาคต โดยองค์กรได้ดาเนินการผลักดันและช่วยเหลือสงั คมผา่ นโครงการหลกั ตา่ งๆ

บมจ. กสท โทรคมนาคม ได้พัฒนาโซลูชั่นใหม่ “CAT e-LearningSolutions”โดยประยกุ ตบ์ รกิ ารทเ่ีกย่ี วขอ้ งไดแ้ ก่ CAT Conference, CAT e-Learning, CAT e-Entertainment และ CAT Chat สู่มิติใหม่ของระบบการเรียนการสอนออนไลน์ ครบวงจรเพอื่ รองรบั การเรยี นการสอนขององคก์ รในยคุ ดจิ ทิ ลั และสามารถนา ระบบ ICT เขา้ ไปใชใ้ นองคก์ รเพอ่ื ขบั เคลอ่ื นธรุ กจิ ให้มีประสิทธิภาพ ซึ่ง e-Learning Solutions จะเน้นการให้ บริการในรูปแบบศูนย์การเรียนรู้ครบวงจรผ่านระบบออนไลน์ ตลอด 24 ช่ัวโมง

CAT Telecom had enhanced the system of “CAT e-Learning Solutions” by incorporating all the relevant services such as CAT Conference, CAT e-Learning, CAT e-Entertainment and CAT Chat, all of which led to the new dimension of online full- edged learning. This was done to accommodate the company’s learning programs in the digital era. Users could also incorporate the ICT system into their organizations in order to mobilize their business effectively. E-Learning Solutions focus on the provision of online full- edged learning sources available 24 hours a day.
It is suitable for the organizations which put emphasis to the development of their personnel in terms of the body of knowledge and work skills as it contains the solutions for online learning programs intended to train agencies and organization in a convenient and fast manner.
