Strategic Move Toward Sustainability
บมจ. กสท โทรคมนาคม มุ่งม่ันสร้างคุณค่าระยะยาวควบคู่กับการตอบสนองต่อความต้องการของผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสีย ทงั้ ภายในและภายนอกองคก์ ร ดว้ ยการบรหิ ารจดั การดา้ นความยงั่ ยนื ในมติ เิ ศรษฐกจิ สงั คม และสงิ่ แวดลอ้ ม อยา่ งมปี ระสทิ ธภิ าพ ซึ่งผนวกเข้าเป็นส่วนหนึ่งในทุกกระบวนการทางานอย่างยั่งยืน โดยการจัดทาแผนแม่บทการดาเนินกิจกรรมเพ่ือสังคม พ.ศ. 2558-2562 เพอื่ ใหก้ ารดา เนนิ งานดา้ นความยง่ั ยนื เกดิ ความชดั เจนและเปน็ ไปในทศิ ทางเดยี วกนั ทวั่ ทงั้ องคก์ ร ประกอบดว้ ย 3 ยุทธศาสตร์ที่สอดคล้องกับนโยบายรัฐบาลและกระทรวงดิจิทัลเพ่ือเศรษฐกิจและสังคม ดังน้ี
CAT Telecom is committed to building long-term value in conjunction with the response to the needs of both internal and external stakeholders. With the ef cient management of economic, social and environmental sustainability integrated into every part of our processes, CAT Telecom eshed out the Master Plan for Social Activities B.E. 2558-2562 to make our processes geared toward sustainability so that the entire organization is on the same page. The Master Plan consists of three strategies consistent with the policies of the government and of the Ministry of Digital Economy and Society.

ยุทธศําสตร์ที่ 1 พัฒนารูปแบบ “ธุรกิจฐานสังคม” ด้วยการ ขยายการเข้าถึงบริการโครงข่ายสื่อสัญญาณที่ครอบคลุมทั้ง ในประเทศและระหว่างประเทศ (Enhancing Business from Social Progress)
Strategy 1 Develop the “social economy” model by enhancing businesses from the social progress and expanding access to network coverage both in and out of the country.
สามารถดาเนินธุรกิจในรูปแบบ “ธุรกิจฐานสังคม” โดยกลมุ่ สงั คมและชมุ ชนสามารถเขา้ ถงึ บรกิ ารโครงขา่ ย สื่อสัญญาณและยกระดับคุณภาพชีวิตได้
Enable users to partake in the “social economy” model. Both social and communal groups will have access to network coverage and raise the quality of their lives.
ยุทธศําสตร์ที่ 2 ร่วมมือกับพันธมิตรทางธุรกิจในการสร้าง “คุณค่าร่วม” ด้วยการมีส่วนร่วมและพัฒนาชุมชนให้กลายมา เป็นส่วนหนึ่งในห่วงโซ่คุณค่า (Integrating Community into Value Chain)
Strategy 2 Collaborate with business partners in creating the shared value by integrating the community into the value chain.
สร้างประโยชน์แก่สังคมและชุมชนเป้าหมายจนมี ศกั ยภาพสามารถเขา้ เปน็ สว่ นหนงึ่ ของกระบวนการธรุ กจิ Usher in bene ts to both societies and communities to the extent where they are integrated into the business operations.
ยุทธศําสตร์ที่ 3 มุ่งเน้นบทบาทการให้บริการกับเครือข่ายกิจการ สาธารณะ “Government Cluster” ด้วยการเป็นผู้นาในการให้ บริการสื่อสารโทรคมนาคมของรัฐ (Leading in Government Cluster)
Strategy 3 Focus on the services geared toward the “government cluster” by striving to be the leading telecommunications service provider” in the government cluster.
