- Video Conference เป็นการให้บริการสื่อสารทั้งภาพ เสียง และข้อมูลพร้อมๆ กัน
- VideoConference:Itallowsthesimultaneityofpictures,sound,andinformation.
- Webcasting อกี ทางเลอื กหนงึ่ ของลกู คา้ ทตี่ อ้ งการกระจายขา่ วสารหรอื เหตกุ ารณต์ า่ งๆ ทงั้ ภาพและเสียง ในลักษณะ Multimedia ไปยังผู้รับปลายทาง (ผู้ชม) แบบถ่ายทอดสด (Live Broadcast Event) โดยเป็นการถ่ายทอดสัญญาณผ่านอินเทอร์เน็ตที่ความเร็ว 256 Kbps ทาให้สามารถรับชมและรับฟังได้ทุกๆ มุมโลก
- Webcasting:Thisserviceprovidesoptionstocustomerswhowishtodistribute news and events in the form of multimedia (pictures and sound) to the target audience via a live broadcast event. The event is broadcast via the Internet at the speed of 256 Kbps, which allows audiences from around the world to watch.
- Facility Management หรือ FM เป็นบริการที่ CAT จัดขึ้นเพื่อให้ผู้ใช้บริการสามารถนา อุปกรณ์โทรคมนาคมชนิดต่างๆ เช่น Multiplexer, Server, Router, Gateway และอื่นๆ มาตดิ ตงั้ ในพนื้ ทที่ ี่ CAT กา หนดขนึ้ ณ อาคารโทรคมนาคมหรอื ศนู ยโ์ ทรคมนาคมทวั่ ประเทศ เพื่อใช้เป็น Hub Site หรือ Node สาหรับ Network ของผู้ใช้บริการเอง โดย CAT จะดาเนิน การจดั เตรยี มตู้CabinetRack,ระบบไฟฟา้ UPS,ระบบความปลอดภยั และระบบการเชอื่ ม โยงวงจรทงั้ ในและระหวา่ งประเทศ ฯลฯ ตามความตอ้ งการของผใู้ ชบ้ ริการ โดยจัดเจ้าหน้าที่ ที่มีความเชี่ยวชาญคอยดูแล เพื่อให้สามารถแก้ไขเหตุขัดข้องเบอื้ งตน้ ไดต้ ลอดเวลา บรกิ ารนี้ เหมาะสา หรบั บรษิ ทั ทมี่ กี ารตดิ ตอ่ สอื่ สารระบบเครอื ขา่ ยภายในหรอื ภายนอกองคก์ ร และผใู้ ห้ บริการอินเทอร์เน็ต (ISP) เป็นต้น
- FacilityManagement:FMistheservicethatCATcreatedsothatuserscanusevarious types of telecommunications equipment such as multiplexer, server, router, gateway and have them installed in the areas set up by CAT at the CAT Telecom building or any telecommunications. These venues double as a hub site or Node for users’ network. CAT will arrange a cabinet rack, UPS power supplies, security systems, and related circuits in and out of the country in line with users’ needs. CAT will provide experts to monitor these items in order to preliminarily x technical problems at all times. This service is suitable for companies with both external and internal communication networks and Internet service providers.

- CATe-SmartFarm:Itisamonitoringandtrackingsystemforagriculturalproducts and allows manufacturers of these products to inspect them in order to quickly nd the sources of their products, and manufacturing processes ranging from farms and packaging houses and transportation. It helps them to nd causes of problems such as contamination, weeds. It also reduces risks and prevent them from worsening these problems and is instrumental in equipping these manufacturers with the ability to base their decisions on the information they receive so that they can solve problems in due course.
