It is designed to speci cally replace a private
automatic branch exchange (PABX). PBX works just as well as PABX.
- Click Connect บริการติดต่อสนทนาผ่านอินเทอร์เน็ตแบบ PC to Phone เมื่อผู้ใช้งาน เข้าไปที่หน้าเว็บไซต์ของบริษัท แล้วสนใจในสินค้าหรือบริการ สามารถโทรสอบถามข้อมูล จาก Call Center ของบริษัทได้ทันที เเค่คลิกที่ icon Click Connect บนหน้าเว็บไซต์ ทั้งนี้ผู้ใช้งานจาเป็นต้องมีอุปกรณ์ชุดปากพูดหูฟัง (Headset) เตรียมพร้อมสาหรับการ สนทนาด้วย

When users go to the company’s website and are interested in our products, they can call to ask for information from the company’s call center immediately. Just click “Click Connect” on the website. Nonetheless, users have to own a handset or a headphone to prepare for a conversation.
