รายงานความยงั่ ยนื ประจา ปี 2559 จดั ทา ขนึ้ โดยมวี ตั ถปุ ระสงคเ์ พอื่ เปดิ เผยการดา เนนิ งานดา้ นการพฒั นาอยา่ ง ยงั่ ยนื ในมติ เิ ศรษฐกจิ สงั คม สงิ่ แวดลอ้ ม ของ บมจ. กสท โทรคมนาคม ตอ่ ผมู้ สี ว่ นไดส้ ว่ นเสยี ซงึ่ ขอ้ มลู ในรายงานฉบบั น้ี ครอบคลมุ การดา เนนิ งานตงั้ แตว่ นั ที่ 1 มกราคม – 31 ธนั วาคม 2559 โดยไดจ้ ดั ทา ตามแนวทางการรายงานของบรษิ ทั ความร่วมมือว่าด้วยการรายงานสากลด้านความย่ังยืน ฉบับ G4 (Global Reporting Initiative) ครอบคลุม ตวั ชว้ี ดั ทสี่ มั พนั ธก์ บั ประเดน็ ความยง่ั ยนื ในระดบั Core และตวั ชว้ี ดั เพมิ่ เตมิ สา หรบั บรษิ ทั ในอตุ สาหกรรมโทรคมนาคม (Telecommunication Services) พร้อมทั้งนาเสนอความก้าวหน้าในการปฏิบัติตามหลักสากล 10 ประการ ของข้อตกลงโลกแห่งสหประชาชาติ (United Nations Global Compact: UNGC)
This 2016 Sustainable Development Report is published with the main objective of publicizing among stakeholders the sustainable development operational performance in economic, social and environmental dimensions of the Communications Authority of Thailand PCL (CAT). The content of this report covers CAT’s operations during January 1 - December 31, 2016, based on CAT’s international report in cooperation with the G4 sustainability issue (Global Reporting Initiative). This covers indicators related to sustainability at core level and additional indicators for the company in the telecommunication services. The report also presents progress following 10 international guidelines of the United Nations Global Compact (UNGC).
ขอบเขตของรายงาน / Reporting boundaries
การเปดิ เผยขอ้ มลู ในรายงานฉบบั นคี้ รอบคลมุ เฉพาะภายในบรษิ ทั กสท โทรคมนาคม จา กดั (มหาชน) เนอื่ งจาก ข้อจากัดของระบบการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ประกอบกับเป็นปีแรกที่ บมจ. กสท โทรคมนาคม ได้จัดทารายงานความ ยั่งยืนตามแนวทาง GRI ฉบับ G4 อย่างไรก็ตามเพ่ือให้เกิดความครบถ้วนสมบูรณ์และชัดเจนของเนื้อหา บมจ. กสท โทรคมนาคม เตรียมการวางแผนการปรับปรุงระบบการรวบรวมข้อมูลให้ครบถ้วนตามหลักการของ GRI ต่อไป
The disclosure of information in this report covers only internal information of the Communications Authority of Thailand PCL. This is due to limitations of the data collection system as well as this being the first time that CAT has published a sustainable development report following the GRI guideline issue G4. However, in order to ensure completion and clarity of the content of this report CAT has plans in place to further enhance the data collecting system in accordance with the GRI principles and requirements.
การมีส่วนร่วมกับผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสีย / Stakeholders’ engagement
การมีส่วนร่วมของผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียถือเป็นส่วนสาคัญของการบริหารจัดการความย่ังยืน บมจ. กสท โทรคมนาคม ได้วิเคราะห์และทบทวนการบ่งชี้ผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสีย ซึ่งหมายถึงบริษัท หรือกลุ่มบุคคลทั้งภายในและ ภายนอกที่ได้รับผลกระทบจากการดาเนินธุรกิจเป็นประจาทุกปี ตลอดจนตอบสนองต่อความคาดหวังของผู้มีส่วนได้ ส่วนเสียทุกกลุ่มอย่างเหมาะสม สาหรับการจัดทารายงานความย่ังยืนประจาปี 2559 บมจ. กสท โทรคมนาคม ได้ รวบรวมประเด็นและข้อคิดเห็นของผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียหลัก 6 กลุ่มมาใช้ในการกาหนดเน้ือหาของรายงานฉบับนี้
Stakeholders’ engagement is considered a critical part of CAT’s sustainable development
management. Stakeholders have been analyzed and identified as companies or groups of individuals
both within and outside the organization who may be impacted by CAT operations on an annual
basis. CAT aims to respond appropriately to the needs and expectations of every group of
stakeholders. In making this report, CAT gathered key issues and views from six major groups of
stakeholders in order to determine the content of this report.
